Monas Media Group ("MMG") is a division of Chronic Internet LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Hawaii, United States ("we", "us", "our"). MMG builds, owns, and operates original entertainment content — music, video, and related media — released under company-owned AI personas rather than human performers. This policy explains what information we collect in connection with monasmediagroup.com and why.
Information we collect
This site does not currently have a newsletter signup, a user account system, or a web contact form. The only way to reach us through the site is by email, listed in the header and footer.
If you email us — for a licensing inquiry, partnership question, or anything else — we collect and keep whatever information you choose to include (your email address, name, and message) so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Information collected automatically
As of this policy's effective date, this site does not set cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, still processes standard connection-level technical information (such as your IP address and request details) as an ordinary part of serving and protecting the site, the same as it would for any site on its network.
How we use information
- To respond to licensing, partnership, and other inquiries.
- To keep a record of correspondence.
- To protect the site against automated abuse.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Legal bases (for visitors in the UK, EU, and EEA)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence, and on legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, content delivery, DNS, security, and email. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our provider processes data on infrastructure located in the United States and elsewhere. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
How long we keep information
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the matter and to keep a record of it. We do not currently run analytics on this site, so there is no analytics-retention period to disclose. We do not currently operate a dedicated long-term log store; our hosting provider processes connection and request metadata in real time as part of its standard security service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state statutes; residents of the UK, EU, and EEA have them under the GDPR. To make a request, email privacy@monasmediagroup.com. If you are in the UK or EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not operate a user account system or store sensitive personal information on this site.
AI-generated talent and content
Every artist, musician, journalist, actor, band, and influencer named or featured on this site is an AI-generated persona created, owned, and operated by Monas Media Group — not a real person. Music, video, writing, and other creative work attributed to these personas is produced with substantial involvement of generative AI systems, under human direction and curation. We disclose this here because audiences, platforms, and licensing partners should know how this content is made and who owns it. See our Terms of Service for how rights in this content work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes or as the law requires. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
