These terms govern your use of monasmediagroup.com and the content published on it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Chronic Internet LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Monas Media Group does
Monas Media Group builds, owns, and operates a roster of AI-generated entertainment "talent" — musicians, actors, journalists, influencers, and bands — and publishes music, video, writing, and other creative output under their names. This site presents that roster and its output and is the point of contact for licensing and partnership inquiries.
AI-generated content and ownership
All music, video, writing, and other creative output attributed to MMG's roster of personas is generated with substantial involvement of artificial intelligence systems, directed and curated by our team. This is not a marketing description — it is a factual disclosure of how the content is made.
Current U.S. Copyright Office guidance (as of January 2025) is that purely AI-generated output, without sufficient human creative contribution, is not independently protectable by copyright. Where we assert rights in our output, those rights rest on: (a) trademark rights in the persona names, brands, and logos we use in commerce; (b) copyright in the human-directed selection, arrangement, and curation of AI-generated material; and (c) the license terms below governing your use of what we publish. We do not represent that raw AI-generated output, standing alone, carries independent copyright protection, and this section is general informational context, not legal advice.
License to use our content
You may view, stream, and share links to content we publish, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not download, redistribute, remix, or use our published music, video, or other content for a commercial purpose, or in a way that implies our endorsement, without a written license from us. Persona names and trademarks
The names, likenesses, voices, and brand identities of MMG's AI personas belong to Monas Media Group. Do not use them to imply our endorsement, to create derivative characters, or to suggest that any of our personas is an independent, real person.
Copyright and trademark complaints
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email legal@monasmediagroup.com with: (i) identification of the work you claim is infringed; (ii) identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it appears on this site; (iii) your contact information; and (iv) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will review good-faith notices and respond.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape or harvest this site at a rate or volume that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any communication with us, or use the Service to break any law.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party platforms where our talent's work is distributed. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronic Internet LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100.00).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chronic Internet LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms or any third-party right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
